Howell Holdings is a Delaware limited liability company that serves as Corporate Trustee for The Howell Legacy Group, a Delaware Statutory Trust. The Corporate Trustee holds fiduciary responsibility for the Trust’s assets and the operating structure beneath it.

How the Trust, the Trustee, and the operating companies fit together.
The Howell Legacy Group is a Delaware Statutory Trust. Howell Holdings serves as its Corporate Trustee, holding fiduciary responsibility for the Trust’s assets and the operating structure beneath it.
A multi-tier structure separating the Trust, the Corporate Trustee, the operational holding company, the primary operating company, and the family of operating businesses. Each layer has a defined role; together they provide the asset protection, tax efficiency, and governance flexibility the mandate requires.
John Shelton Howell III serves as Managing Trustee and Manager. Trustee succession is defined in the Trust Declaration.
The operating businesses span technology and patents (AITCH Technologies), software platforms (AITCH Platforms), real estate (AITCH Land Group), music rights (AITCH IP Holdings), management services (52nd Street Capital Group), and the Nevada-jurisdiction investment platform (Nevada Investment Holdings). The three independent foundations stand outside the operating structure.
